2023 Recipient: More George, Wilton Rock For Food & Bronx Lacrosse

In September we hosted the 25th Annual AJW Golf Outing at Whitney Farms Golf Course with over 144 golfers and friends enjoying another great day.  In 2012 we started our Community Outreach program where we take a portion of the golf outing proceeds and support other 501 (c)(3) organizations who help those in need in Wilton and surrounding communities.

We are marking our 25th year by awarding each of the following organizations with a $5,000 donation:

• More George (In A Heartbeat) - our donation will be used to purchase AED units for use in designated Wilton locations and assist with free EKG screenings 

• Wilton Rocks For Food - our donation will be allow Connecticut Foodshare to support Wilton Food Pantry and other community-based programs which provide nutritious food to people in need

• Bronx Lacrosse -  our donation will be used to sponsor twenty (20) students to Bronx Lacrosse's Summer 2024 Adirondack Camp at Echo Lake

With this year's awards we have provided $76,000 to 15 organizations whose mission is to help those less fortunate and give back to the community.  Additionally, we have awarded over $25,000 in special grants to other organizations bringing our non-scholarship donations to over $100,000 since 1999.  None of this would be possible without the many golfers, businesses and friends who support the Annual Art Wall Golf Outing
